Compassion Workshops


These workshops link in with the Mindfulness course and Tibetan Buddhist workshops and are for people who wish to experience the potential of compassion practises at a deeper level…

We will explore how Mindfulness and self-compassion are linked, how they each relate to wellbeing, and how these states of heart and mind can best be developed. We will consider the benefits of treating oneself with warmth and kindness rather than self criticism and how kindness opens our hearts to suffering both in ourselves and others.
